In your new role as a Corporate Tax Compliance Assistant Manager, you will support the delivery of corporate tax compliance services to a varied client portfolio. You will be involved in preparing and reviewing tax computations and returns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with UK tax regulations and deadlines. You will work closely with managers and senior stakeholders, assisting with client relationship management and identifying opportunities to improve compliance processes and add value. You will also support the development of junior colleagues, helping to review work and provide guidance where needed, while gaining exposure to more complex tax matters as you progress.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong foundation in accounting or tax, ideally gained within practice. Applications are particularly welcomed from individuals currently working in audit who are looking to transition into a corporate tax role, with full support provided to develop your technical expertise. You will be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (or working towards qualification), with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
