Your new role

We're recruiting for an experienced Field Inspector to support a major fibre overlay programme. You'll take ownership of build delivery from approval through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards. This is a hands-on role combining site supervision, partner management, and technical oversight across a high-profile network rollout.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing fibre build delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Ensuring compliance with NRSWA, CDM, and street works regulations
  • Driving right-first-time delivery and hitting key programme milestones
  • Overseeing contractors, quality, audits, and defect resolution
  • Handling site challenges, DFEs, and cost control
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders

What you'll need

  • Strong telecoms and civils build experience (FTTP/HFC)
  • NRSWA Supervisor accreditation
  • Experience delivering large-scale network build programmes
  • Solid understanding of H&S, compliance, and financial control
  • Full UK driving licence
