We're looking for a passionate and motivated Careers Adviser to support individuals of all ages to make informed decisions about their future. This is a people-focused role centred around coaching and guidance, helping clients build confidence, develop career management skills, and progress into sustainable employment, education or training opportunities.
You'll work across a range of settings - including schools, community environments, and partner organisations - delivering both one-to-one and group-based support.
- Deliver tailored careers information, advice and guidance through a coaching-led approach
- Provide practical support at key transition points (e.g. into employment, education or training)
- Build strong relationships with schools, training providers, employers and community partners
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in Career Guidance and Development (or equivalent recognised accreditation)
- Proven experience delivering careers advice and guidance
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups, including young people and adults
- Confident using digital tools and systems
Hybrid working and flexible working options are available. Office based in Glasgow City centre.
