Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking multiple experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support ongoing projects. This organisation has a strong track record within the residential and social housing sector and is known for delivering high-volume, quality-led survey programmes for key clients.
You will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across residential properties, working as part of a wider project team but with autonomy in the field. Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking on-site condition surveys of residential housing stock
- Capturing and recording data using tablet-based survey systems
- Assessing building fabric, condition and compliance factors
- Producing accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirements
- Managing your own workload to deliver high volumes of surveys efficiently
- Working across multiple sites within Glasgow and the wider West region
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience carrying out stock condition or fabric surveys
- Experience surveying residential or social housing stock
