  • Relevant experience teaching 11 – 16 year-olds within the last 2 years.
  • A professional manner and a flexible attitude to working and timetable changes.
  • Strong behaviour management and the ability to implement schools’ behaviour polices is also essential.
  • Deliver engaging and creative history lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT’s welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography or Humanities related field.
  • Recent experience teaching Geography or Humanities at secondary school level.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one. What you’ll need to succeed:
