We are working with a reputable Social Housing Association based in West Yorkshire, committed to providing quality housing and support to our communities. We are currently seeking a General Operative to join the team on a Temp to Perm basis.
Role Overview:
- Rip out Void Properties to prepare them for refurbishment
- General labouring tasks to support the team
- Painting and basic maintenance work
- Assisting with various ad hoc duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a manual labouring role or similar
- Basic knowledge of painting and property maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently and safely in a team environment
- Driving licence required for travel to sites
- Must be able to pass a DBS check
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
