Due to continual expansion within our Building Services division, we are currently seeking a full-time experienced Gas Plumber to join our team.
You will be based from Dunmurry but travel throughout NI.
Your new role
Main responsibilities
- This role will require you to carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including general repairs and maintenance requests throughout
- Service, maintain, and repair domestic gas boilers and central heating systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults on gas appliances and heating systems.
- Carry out reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs within domestic properties.
- Respond to emergency callouts and breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete gas safety inspections and certification were required.
- Undertake installation and replacement of heating and plumbing components.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Gas Safe regulations and industry best practices.
- Accurately complete job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, homeowners, and clients.
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and stock levels.
- Participate in a rota-based out-of-hours emergency call-out service.
Successful candidate will need to have
- A minimum of 1 year's previous experience essential
- Valid CSR Card
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent trade qualification
Gas Safe Registered.
- A valid Driving licence.
