You'll be joining a well-established building contractor working on a refurbishment project in Chirnside, Scottish Borders. With a strong pipeline of work across the region, our client is known for delivering high-quality refurbishment and renovation projects while maintaining excellent health and safety standards on site.
Your new role
We are currently seeking a fully qualified joiner to work on a building refurbishment project in Chirnside. Duties will include:
1st and 2nd fix joinery
Installation of doors, frames and finishings
Refurbishment and maintenance works
Working from drawings and site instructions
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
Recognised Joinery Qualification (SVQ/NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
Valid CSCS Card
Proven experience in refurbishment projects
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
