Your new role

As Finance Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership role within the Estate Management Team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will work closely with a skilled operational finance team of four and hold direct line-management responsibility for two team members. This newly created position will see you strengthen financial oversight across several trading entities, enhance internal controls and support the delivery of timely, accurate and meaningful financial information.

You will play a central role in driving the continued rollout and optimisation of the Estate's new ERP and Property Management systems. This includes embedding best practice, improving reporting tools and financial processes, and ensuring the systems deliver a strong return on investment. Alongside this, you will provide specialist financial and analytical support to the Property & Estates Team across property, agricultural and wider operational activities. Your remit will include contract review, investment appraisal, financial process development, workflow improvement and reinforcing controls across diverse operations. You will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and statutory reporting, acting as a trusted financial partner to operational leaders and senior management.
