Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Working Pattern: 5 days per week, fully on-site

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and personable Host/Hostess to join a well-known organisation based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a key front-of-house position, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients, customers, and visitors with a warm and professional approach
  • Managing front-of-house areas to ensure a welcoming and organised environment
  • Preparing and serving refreshments for guests and meetings
  • Supporting the smooth running of reception and visitor services
  • Handling general enquiries and providing information as needed
