This position Is offered on an initial one-month temporary contract, with a strongpossibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.

Your new role As a Dispatch Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth andefficient dispatch of products to customers, ensuring deliveries are completedaccurately and within agreed timescales.
Acting as a key link betweenproduction, warehouse, logistics and finance teams, you will help maintain high Service levels while supporting the day-to-day administration of the dispatchfunction.
Your Responsibilities will include: Ensuring the correct products are dispatched to the correct customers on time.
Maintaining accurate dispatch records and documentation.
Producing regular reports and analysis relating to dispatch and transport performance.
Processing and reconciling transport invoices against sales invoices.
Assisting with monthly production reporting.
Supporting the checking and processing of purchase invoices.
Liaising with transport providers and assisting with the implementation of transport agreements.
Building effective relationships with internal departments, customers and external suppliers.
Supporting continuous improvement across dispatch and logistics processes.
