Your new company: An established UK Infrastructure business is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of long-term water and wastewater projects across North Wales. This role offers the chance to work on essential infrastructure schemes within a stable, forward-looking organisation delivering frameworks and capital projects for major water authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of water infrastructure projects from pre‑construction through delivery
- Preparation and management of cost plans, forecasts, valuations and final accounts
- Administration of contracts (NEC preferred) including change control and compensation events
- Subcontractor procurement, management and payment
- Cost reporting, cash flow forecasting and risk management
- Working closely with project managers, engineers and client stakeholders
- Ensuring commercial best practice and compliance with internal processes
About You:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within water, utilities or civil engineering
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Ability to manage multiple packages/projects concurrently
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Full UK driving licence (projects located across North Wales)
