Our 12-month internship will see you playing a pivotal role in supporting the Global Acquisition and Social Media team in enhancing Hays\’ profile and reputation within the organization. You will contribute to the effective delivery of content creation and wider social media platforms. On completion you’ll be equipped with the skills you’ll need to succeed once you finish university, with many of our interns returning to Hays after completing their studies to take advantage of our Executive Marketing roles throughout numerous specialisms. Content creation for all Global Social Media Channels. Taking leadership of what is posted on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X. Assisting in delivering content campaigns. Regularly updating internal stakeholders of events and new content throughout the business. Collaborating with the in-house design team on new content to share Passion for Social Media and content creation Basic knowledge of current communication technology, including SharePoint, Salesforce, Google Analytics, MS Stream, and other digital-based communication tools. IT literacy with basic knowledge of MS Office. Ability to prioritize workload, work effectively under pressure, adhere to approval processes, and brand guidelines, and meet strict deadlines.
