Your new company Due to internal promotion, a new job opportunity has arisen within a growing firm of IFAs for an experienced financial services administrator. Working within a very friendly and supportive team environment. Your new role Providing administration support to experienced Financial Planners and their clients to ensure high standards of client service. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing assistance across all areas of financial planning. This will include preparing all documentation prior to submitting new business, using the back office CRM system, assisting advisers to prepare for client meetings, including preparing provider illustrations and liaising with providers to chase up outstanding documentation. What you\’ll need to succeed Current experience of working in a financial services administration role is essential, ideally gained within an IFA practice (or product provider with a good understanding of pension and investment products and experience of CRM / back office systems), strong communication and organisational skills, methodical, excellent attention to detail, enjoy working as part of a team.
