Interim Financial Modeller Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the officeContract: Interim, approximately 4-6 monthsDay Rate: Circa £350-£400 per dayStart: Mid-October An established and growing organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Interim Financial Modeller to support the development of a new integrated budgeting and financial model. This is a hands-on assignment requiring someone who can take ownership of building a robust model covering income and expenditure, balance sheet and cash flow, while providing greater visibility around staffing costs, establishment planning, agency spend and scenario modelling. The successful individual will work closely with the finance team and key budget holders to develop the model alongside the organisation's upcoming budgeting process. Following the initial build, the role will continue to support budgeting, testing, refinement and the wider roll-out through to budget sign-off. Candidates should be qualified accountants with strong financial modelling experience and a solid understanding of integrated financial statements. You will need to be comfortable working with complex data, testing models and translating financial information into a practical and user-friendly solution. Experience within the public sector, not-for-profit, care or similarly complex multi-site organisations would be beneficial, although broader sector backgrounds will be considered. Experience working within an organisation of a similar or larger scale would also be advantageous.
