This is a high-profile leadership role within Group Finance, offering the opportunity to shape and enhance a best-in-class financial reporting function during a period of transformation and growth. About the Role As Senior Group Reporting Manager, you will take ownership of group financial reporting activities, leading the preparation of statutory accounts, annual reporting, audit delivery and technical accounting matters. You will also play a key role in strengthening financial controls, driving process improvement and supporting broader finance transformation initiatives. This position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, external auditors and cross-functional leadership teams. Responsibilities Lead the preparation of group financial statements and annual reporting requirements. Manage statutory accounts preparation, audit and filing processes for subsidiaries and joint ventures. Provide oversight of financial controls, ensuring robust governance, compliance and continuous improvement. Review and prepare technical accounting papers and provide expert IFRS guidance. Oversee balance sheet reporting, reconciliations and financial controls. Drive improvements across reporting processes, systems and consolidation activities. Support finance transformation programmes, ensuring reporting and control requirements are embedded. Provide leadership, coaching and development to a team of qualified finance professionals.
