An interim Finance Manager role for a growing Financial Services Group in Leyland, Lancashire.
Your new role involves reporting to the Senior Management Team and managing a small team of staff. You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day financial control, reporting and analysis. You will develop and document processes, making them as efficient and fluid as possible to support business decisions and minimise risk. You will lead and develop a small team, including coaching and supporting process improvements. Additionally, you will provide key decision support analysis and play a key role in a new system migration.
What you'll need to succeed: You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience in the Financial Services Sector and be comfortable working in a growing SME. You will have broad experience across Management and Financial accounting and be highly IT literate. Available to start at short notice, you will be happy to commit to an interim role for 3 - 6 months.
