Your new role As Finance Director, you’ll lead a dedicated finance team and work closely with the Board to shape the company’s financial future. You’ll be instrumental in both day-to-day operations and high-level strategic planning, ensuring robust financial controls and accurate reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant influence across the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures. Design, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business goals. Prepare and present management accounts and statutory financial reports. Lead fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with lenders and financial institutions. Build and maintain robust financial models to support growth and investment decisions. Oversee all core accounting functions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and contract compliance. Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
