This is a pivotal role for a finance professional ready to step up into a strategic leadership position, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance.
• Partner with the executive and senior leadership teams to shape and execute strategic plans.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
• Provide commercial insight into operational performance and investment opportunities.
• Lead on risk management, audit, and governance.

What We\’re Looking For

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong track record in financial leadership.
• Experience in a retail or fast-paced commercial environment.
• Proven ability to lead finance operations and contribute to strategic direction.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
