About the role
This role plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by supporting the TA Team Manager relationships with external vendors, handling payments, and coordinating budgets related to recruitment activities. This role involves tracking and managing vendor and supplier agreements, ensuring timely payments, and overseeing the recruitment budget to ensure efficiency and compliance with financial policies.
The must haves:
- Proven experience in vendor management, payment processing, or budget coordination.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems or procurement tools.
- Previous experience using Ariba or similar procurement management systems.

A day rate, in-scope IR35, of £187.79.00 (via a Hays approved umbrella company) and £142.00 Basic PAYE. This role provides hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Cambridge - 2 days a week.
