Your new company
Hays are delighted to be working with one of our established clients within the Aberdeenshire area to support in the development and continued growth of their finance operations. This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis at Finance Assistant level to positively work as part of a wider team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be a key member of the wider finance team to support daily transactional finance tasks including high volume invoice processing, bank reconciliations, payment runs and addressing incoming queries into the finance mailbox. This role will take a proactive responsibility in assisting the finance team to meet strict deadlines and positively account for financial information in a timely and accurate manner.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a motivated individual who has had some exposure to working in a wider finance team and can confidently work with debits and credits in a fast paced environment. This role will suit someone who can demonstrate their ability to deal with high volume invoice processing and overseeing transactional tasks, whilst communicating this information to both internal and external stakeholders.
