A creative production agency in London is seeking an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to support multiple UK and international entities. In this role, you will maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts, and contribute to financial reporting and process improvements. Your efforts will help strengthen relationships between the finance team and the wider organisation.
Your new role
- Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, credit card receipts, and expenses accurately. Maintain supplier records and assist with payment processes. Reconcile and manage aged creditors whilst handling supplier requests and statements.
- Accounts Receivable: Issue sales invoices and manage job reconciliations. Handle credit control and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Maintain client records and manage internal and external queries effectively.
- Month-end & Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Play an integral part in implementing and improving financial systems.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Minimum 18-24 months of experience in a transactional finance role, ideally within an international setting.
- Actively working towards a finance qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and enthusiasm for learning and improving processes.
