Hays are pleased to be partnering with a successful and multinational manufacturing company based in Pontyclun as they look to hire a permanent “Finance Assistant and Data Entry Clerk” into their friendly team. This role is offering up to £27,500 salary DOE, and is part-time offering between 25-30 hours per week to be worked between the core hours of 9am – 3pm Monday – Friday. This opportunity will give you the chance to work alongside two finance professionals with excellent finance experience, and the best part about this role is finance experience is not essential! An interest/desire to step into a finance career, experience handling customers and general queries, and data entry experience is essential. Your new role
Duties for this role include:
- Handle incoming phone calls, address general inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Enter supplier invoices into BC accounts, ensuring they match with purchase receipts.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing department to follow up on any missing purchase receipts.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed.
- Assist with various tasks as requested by the Finance Manager.
