About the job:

  • We are recruiting for a purchasing administrator to join our client on a long-term temporary assignment.
  • Manage outbound and inbound customer and supplier contacts to resolve queries, negotiate objections, and ensure commercial viability.
  • Oversee vehicle return processes, ensuring timely invoicing and availability of vehicles for auction sale.
  • Act as escalation point for internal finance invoicing and ledger queries related to end-of-contract billing.
  • Maintain daily communication with suppliers, vehicle collections, and auction partners to resolve discrepancies and support remarketing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs across all customer and supplier interactions and end-of-contract processes.
  • Train team members on Used Car Business processes and uphold company values to drive excellent customer outcomes.

  • Strong customer service and complaint management skills, preferably in automotive or regulated leasing sectors.
  • Strong objection handling and outbound telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources.

Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays.
