About the job:

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client on a long-term temporary assignment. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting existing customers and drivers with ordering their next vehicle
  • Helping with online portal access, test drive bookings, and general ordering advice
  • Ensuring vehicle orders are completed correctly the first time, with all required information and documents
  • Working closely with Customer Relations to keep systems and reports up to date (renewals, driver changes, etc.)
  • Supporting partner and business channels with vehicle quotes, orders, and manual payments
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and make work more efficient
  • Providing a professional and helpful phone service to internal and external customers
  • Resolving queries quickly, aiming for first-call resolution and working within agreed SLAs

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays. There’s free on-site parking available and you’ll have access to a subsidised restaurant.
