Your new company

Our client are a large financial services firm who are a leader in their sector delivering investment management services around the UK. They are hiring a Senior Facilities Manager to ensure top quality facilities services to their Southern offices.

Your new role

As Senior Facilities Manager, you will provide Facilities Management Business Partner support to key stakeholders across all offices in their Southern region, covering day-to-day facilities activities, including Front of House (FoH) and Events, ensuring that Facilities/Office Services, and FoH teams operate effectively, and processes operate efficiently. You will support the Head of Facilities in driving the strategic direction of group property and facilities activities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A proven track record in ensuring operational excellence regarding facilities management within a corporate office environment.
  • Team management experience in addition to managing external providers.
  • Relevant facilities management qualifications is desirable (IWFM etc.)
  • NEBOSH or equivalent.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Experience across both hard & soft services.
  • Strong knowledge across compliance, H&S, FM, environmental and best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple offices.
