This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on facilities professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance and compliance of a high-profile hospitality and leisure estate. You will play a key role in ensuring the resort's buildings, facilities and services are maintained to a consistently high standard, creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests, visitors and employees. The RoleAs Facilities Manager, you will oversee the effective operation and maintenance of the resort's facilities, coordinating planned and reactive works while managing contractors, compliance and day-to-day building requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the hotel and associated resort facilities. Overseeing planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes. Coordinating external contractors, suppliers and specialist service providers. Ensuring facilities remain compliant with relevant health safety, fire safety and statutory requirements. Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Monitoring facilities-related expenditure and supporting effective budget management. Working closely with hotel and operational teams to minimise disruption to guests and services. Identifying opportunities to improve building performance, maintenance processes and operational efficiency. Supporting emergency and urgent maintenance requirements when required. Maintaining consistently high standards across a prestigious hospitality and leisure environment. About YouWe are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager or Maintenance Manager with a strong operational background. Ideally, you will have: Previous facilities or maintenance management experience. Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance. Strong knowledge of building compliance and health safety. Experience managing contractors and external suppliers. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A practical, hands-on approach to facilities management. The ability to operate effectively within a busy, customer-focused environment. Experience within hotels, hospitality, leisure, estates, commercial property or a similarly complex facility would be advantageous. What's on Offer?
