Facilities Manager – Farnborough – £30.43 umbrella per hour – Temp to Perm opportunity £50k
Your new company
You will be working for one of the leading FM providers in the UK who are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager.
Your new role
You will be the Facilities Manager on a temporary to permanent basis based on a critical corporate site based in the Farnborough area. The site does work on sensitive projects so security clearance will need to be obtained.
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong relationship with the landlord House Reception team to ensure high standards are maintained for staff and clients.
- Responsible for managing the delivery of the site services and resolve any issues that may arise. Site services provided shall include Post/deliveries, Cleaning, Vending management, Office Services, Waste, Hard Services, in line with account processes, SLA’s/KPIs.
- Control & Management of site financial budget
- Raising of Purchase Orders, managing FCR’s (Funding Client Requests) through to closure.
- Control & Management of third-party contractors – Completion of Inductions, maintenance of QHSE paperwork and escorting around site
- Responsible for ensuring full compliance for the delivery of services in accordance with all QHSE requirements as well as supporting all site audit activities
- Completion of required monthly Health & Safety documents within required timelines.
- Involvement in out-of-scope supplier projects.
- Maintain performance standards to ensure Customer expectations are achieved
- Develop and maintain successful working relationships with the client, key stakeholders, customers, landlord representatives and, suppliers.
- Responsible for attending and supporting all site audit activities.
- Must be able to support and react to ad-hoc out of hours calls in the event of emergency scenarios
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm – 40 hours per week
