About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Traffic Management Operative. You will start and finish each day at our Greendale depot, so being based nearby is ideal. A company vehicle will be provided for work use, with the option to take it home. This role plays a key part in supporting clean water repair works across Devon by ensuring sites are safely set up and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Placing 'No Parking' cones on-site ahead of planned clean water repair works
- Collecting signs, barriers, and cones from sites once works are complete
- Assisting with backfilling when required
- Ensuring all traffic management equipment is used safely and correctly
What We Are Looking For
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- A Street Works qualification is beneficial (training can be provided if needed)
- Someone comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting and moving equipment
- A dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
