This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a developing finance function, providing financial insight and strategic support to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business.Your New Role:As FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with finance colleagues and operational stakeholders, you will provide meaningful financial insight to maximise performance, support investment decisions and contribute to business transformation initiatives.Key responsibilities will include:Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes across the business.Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports, including detailed variance analysis.Analysing revenue, gross margin, operating costs and overhead expenditure, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Supporting workforce planning and resource capacity analysis to ensure the business is well-positioned to meet operational demands and future growth opportunities.Developing and enhancing financial reporting tools, dashboards and planning systems to improve automation and reporting efficiency.Supporting finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.Identifying financial and operational risks and implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide timely financial analysis that supports informed decision-making.What You'll Need to Succeed:To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified finance professional with strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
