Your new company is a housing association in Exeter. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a pay rate of £13.42 per hour, equivalent to £27,215. The hours of work are 39 per week, from 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Your new role includes:
- Providing effective planning of regional operatives' diaries while working closely with the regional operational team to support the achievement of operational KPIs.
- Coordinating the efficient scheduling of maintenance repairs for operating needs and customer requirements within the area.
- Maintaining the scheduling system and providing internal and external customers with timely and accurate information.
- Liaising with customer service colleagues regarding appointments and updating all systems when operatives report issues.
- Ensuring that all written, electronic, and telephone enquiries are answered and resolved effectively in accordance with agreed service standards and timescales.
- Working closely with the commercial team regarding subcontractors' purchase orders and variation orders to ensure continued value for money and adherence to commercial procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations when processing customer data.
