Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership in a dynamic, high-profile environment? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to two senior executives within a major international event organisation.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role supporting the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer, ensuring their time and priorities are managed effectively. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, evolving organisation, helping to deliver one of the most significant sporting and cultural events in recent history.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and travel management
- Meeting preparation and coordination
- Handling sensitive communications and documentation
- Supporting governance and stakeholder engagement
- Contributing to internal communications and special projects
You'll also collaborate with other Executive Assistants and directors, ensuring the wider leadership team is consistently supported to perform at its best.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants from a variety of sectors and career stages. You'll ideally bring:
- 2-4 years' experience in executive support, project coordination, or senior administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in event delivery, government, or multi-stakeholder environments is a plus, but not essential.
