Your new company You will be joining a main contractor operating in the water sector. This high-profile organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard an Estimator to join their team. Your new role As Estimator, you will be based in their Devonshire office and be responsible for, but not limited to: Developing cost estimates for projects Evaluating and selecting subcontractors and suppliers Preparing cost reports Assessing project risks and recommending measures to mitigate risks Preparing cost estimates for labour, materials and equipment Building relationships with clients and project stakeholders Conducting site visits on occasion. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have: Experience estimating in the water industry Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Good commercial awareness A full UK driving licence.
