Opportunity to join a well-established, professional-led multidisciplinary consultancy who are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing Estates team. The practice delivers high-quality project management, architectural and building surveying services across the commercial, education and residential sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor to work within a collaborative team environment, delivering projects on behalf of clients from inception through to completion. This role offers excellent progression toward a future management position.
As the Building Surveyor, you will deliver core building surveying services including providing advice on the condition, performance and maintenance of existing buildings. This will include producing condition surveys, specialist defect inspections, asset management plans and RICS level 2 building survey reports. You will provide advice on energy efficiency, sustainability, environmental performance and conservation of historic or architecturally significant buildings.
You should have experience delivering RICS level 2 building surveying reports and associated professional surveys. You should live within commutable distance of central Essex and have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
