A fantastic opportunity for a Planning professional to join a busy Southern team.
- Supporting the delivery of multiple planning schemes across the Southern region
- Preparing and managing planning applications through the full life cycle
- Liaising with internal teams, external consultants and local authorities
- Providing strategic planning advice to support project delivery
- Monitoring planning policy and ensuring compliance across schemes
- Contributing to programme timelines and project coordination
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a planning role, ideally in a contractor, developer or consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
