Your new role involves being an Environmental Clerk of Works to support project requirements across the environmental space, including Ecology, Air Quality, Water Quality, etc.
Main duties could include:
- Work closely with Ecologists, Environmental Planners and Landscape Architects
- Co-ordination of ecological surveys
- Prepare method statements and construction environmental management plans
- Managing contractors and construction team to ensure the site adheres to environmental legislation
- Environmental risk management
- Set up and undertake noise, air quality and water quality monitoring
- Carry out site inspections
What you'll need to succeed:
- ECoW experience managing sub-contractors
- Understanding of environmental remediation methodologies
- Site-based environmental knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Full UK Driving licence
- CSCS card (ideal)
- Knowledge of GIS (ideal)
