Role Objectives

The People Outcomes Partner role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of significant people outcomes identified by the Global People Leadership Team as those that will contribute the most value to the delivery of the business and workforce strategies. The outcomes will be those in the People function’s priorities workplan that are the biggest value drivers and require cross-functional expertise to enable their delivery.

Working with the Director of Colleague Experience and People Outcomes, you will ensure delivery is achieved by working cross-functionally with relevant teams across the People Function and wider business as relevant.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver the outcome(s) assigned to you through working creatively and collaboratively with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead through to conclusion and ensure that identified measures of success are met or exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the outcome sponsor in a data-led way to identify fresh views and hypotheses on root causes and/or solutions.
  • Personally identify and develop innovative solutions to the outcomes/any barriers encountered.
  • Remove barriers to execution and influence stakeholders accordingly.
  • Determine the most appropriate methodology for the outcome delivery to ensure that pace, quality, and the measures of success are balanced and delivered effectively.
  • Coordinate and maintain the Global People plan to accurately reflect local, regional and global priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the People Leadership Team and wider business on the people aspects of change programmes.
  • Build strong relationships with People Leadership team sponsor, People Centres of Expertise, and key business stakeholders.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

  • Data driven, with a proven ability of identifying trends and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Proven experience of identifying, innovating and developing credible solutions to business problems.
  • Strong expertise of different HR specialisms.
  • Strong influencing skills at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience working in a commercially focused organisation.
  • Own the Outcomes - takes full accountability for outcomes/issues end to end and through to resolution.
  • Make it better - identifies opportunities to make the way we work simpler or looks for ways of improving service in the team.
  • Be Better Together - inspiring and engaging others at all levels.
  • Project Management skills (proven end to end experience on large scale projects).
