One of the largest UK FMCG businesses with locations across the country. This fast-moving company provides a wide range of branded and unbranded products to retailers and large wholesalers. This role is highly commercial and partners divisional MDs and directly leads a number of commercial finance teams. The base is remote, but you will be required to travel regularly to a number of UK sites across the country. This is a senior role supporting the UK FD, and you'll play a key part in advising and partnering the leadership team on all commercial matters.
You will have responsibility for commercial analysis, forecasting and business partnering with the UK Group. Working closely with Divisional MDs across the group, you will support sound commercial decision-making, maximise opportunities and identify risk. You will lead a team of Divisional UK Heads of Finance based at various UK locations. Responsibility for all FP&A activities, including the annual budget cycle, flash forecasting and quarterly re-forecasts.
You’ll be a qualified accountant with significant experience in a senior commercial finance role within an FMCG or Food sector environment. You’ll be happy to travel UK wide and to lead a small team across diverse divisions. This role requires excellent business partnering skills with senior leaders to influence commercial decision-making.
