Overview
As a sales Consultant, you’ll identify new business opportunities, engage with HR and Talent leaders, and position Hays as a trusted partner. You will generate new business for Hays Advisory’s assessment and development services, focusing on leadership and management assessment, assessment centre design, and leadership team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospects for assessment and development solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls and present Hays’ offerings (assessment centres, leadership workshops, advisory services).
- Support proposal development and pricing discussions.
- Collaborate with delivery consultants for seamless client handover.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and report on progress.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or HR, talent, Exec, L&D, or assessment consultancy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrable experience of working with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with psychometric tools and assessment methodologies (desirable).
- Beneficial but not essential: Basic understanding of organisational design principles and how they impact leadership structures.
