- Managing a broad range of ER casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters
- Providing clear, pragmatic advice to managers on employee relations issues
- Taking ownership of complex and sensitive ER cases through to resolution
- Managing ER casework relating to employees transferring into the organisation under TUPE

- Working closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure cases are managed consistently
- Supporting consultation and employee communication where required
- Maintaining accurate case records and identifying emerging ER themes and risks
- Ensuring advice is consistent with organisational policy and current UK employment legislation
About you

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience of TUPE transfers, ideally involving incoming employees
- Experience managing complex disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases
- A good working knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
