Permanent Maintenance Electrician – Social Housing call
You’ll undertake electrical repairs & alterations to existing fittings and fixtures, rewiring partial or full properties, including inspection, testing and the provision of certification and reporting on the condition of electrical components and equipment.You’ll be using your own personal initiative, problem-solving any smaller issues on-site, but also be working as a key player in a bigger team. Also, you’ll work closely with other trades, as well as administrators and suppliers.
- NVQ Level 3 qualified
- 18th edition qualified
- AM2 qualified
- 2391 Testing & Inspecting desirable.
- You’ll also have a valid UK driving licence.
This is a mobile role, so you’ll need to be able to travel around Yorkshire. However, we’ll try to allocate customers based around your current location.

- £37,350.60 per annum for 37.5 hours per week
