The predicted salary is between 52000 - 62400 £ per year.

Your new company is a Sheffield based social housing provider looking for a temporary Electrical Supervisor for a 6 month period. ASAP start, 37 hours per week. All office based with some site visits (van and fuel card provided). £25ph PAYE premium (£22ph plus holiday) OR £27.50ph Umbrella NO CIS option.

Your new role includes:

  • Day to day supervision of a team of electricians working on voids and occupied properties.
  • Completing quality inspections on work completed.
  • Managing timesheets, holidays and on-call schedule to ensure all workers are paid correctly and on time.
  • Monitoring performance and cost effectiveness of the team.
  • Overseeing upkeep of the team's transport fleet and tools.
  • Using IT systems to monitor and report.
  • Conducting tool box talks and training.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Electrical Installations NVQ Level 3 qualification & AM2 (or equivalent).
  • 2391 Testing & Inspection.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ideally have experience supervising other staff members and also in an electrical maintenance background (ideally social housing or domestic but will consider other sectors).
