Your new role
Full time
Shift Pattern: Rotating shift (Days & Nights) 4 on and 4 off.
Within this position your main duties will include:
- Reactive and per planned maintenance where required
- Remedial and inspection work.
- Answering queries, reporting any defects and keeping the client informed of site activities.
- Be able to provide general building maintenance necessary
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs and inspections.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and/or Level 3 Plumbing, Air Conditioning/Maintenance and/or Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance
- 18th edition
- 2391-52 Testing and Inspection
- F Gas
