About the Role We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a temporary assignment in the WD25 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional facilities team and contribute to the smooth operation of a commercial site.
Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Perform weekly fire alarm testing
  • Maintain and repair lighting and power systems
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date logbook entries
  • Support general site maintenance and compliance


Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
  • Test & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) - desirable
  • Proven experience in commercial or facilities maintenance
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures
