They are now seeking a forward-thinking Senior Project Information Coordinator focused on implementing information management processes across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting delivery of client requirements.
Your new role You will take on the position of Senior Project Information Coordinator, responsible for managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the full project lifecycle. Your work will ensure information accuracy, compliance, and smooth digital workflows across multiple stakeholders.
- Managing the CDE in line with internal procedures and ISO 19650.
- Delivering training for new CDE users and providing ongoing support to internal teams and external partners.
- Validating, checking, and curating all project documentation.
- Maintaining file naming protocols and enforcing project information standards.
- Producing reports on workflows, submissions, TQs, RFIs, and user activity for digital dashboards.
- Attending site and office meetings to support engagement and collaboration.
- Supporting team continuity by covering duties during absence periods.
What you'll need to succeed Success in this role requires a blend of technical capability, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will need:
- Strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain.
- Experience handling large volumes of project data, ideally in a major project or tier‑one environment.
- Proficiency with EDMS platforms such as Asite, Viewpoint, or 4Projects.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- A diligent, detail‑focused approach and the ability to uphold exacting standards.
- The capability to explain security permissions clearly to stakeholders.
- A willingness and ability to train others.
