An established charity based in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join their team. This organisation is looking for someone who can bring strong administrative expertise to a busy and rewarding environment. This is a temporary opportunity with potential for extension, and an immediate start is preferred.
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of administrative functions across the organisation. Working closely with senior staff and wider teams, you will provide high-level support, streamline processes, and help maintain excellent service delivery in a fast-paced, purpose-led setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reviewing and issuing high-quality correspondence, reports and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external enquiries, handling queries professionally and sensitively in line with the organisation’s values.
- Supporting senior leaders and teams with meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintaining and improving records, databases and filing systems, ensuring compliance and easy access to information.
