We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join one of our busiest teams based in our fabulous Edinburgh office. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team who offer indepth market knowledge and long standing client and candidate relationships from which you would be able to leverage further success. As you will be surrounded by experienced Recruiters we are able to offer this opportunity to either someone new to this role (ideally with Sales experience) or an experienced hire.
The role will sit within the Building Services domain handling roles such as Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Contract Managers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers within both the private and public sector. This is a fast paced and competitive market with great potential and you will need good energy levels and have an appetite for targets and getting ahead of your competitors.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates.
- Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects.
