This is a rare opportunity to play a key role on a prestigious 80m project within a highly attractive and high-profile sector, working for a business renowned for delivering complex, high-quality projects and promoting talent from within.
The Opportunity As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of a significant package of works on this landmark development.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team, you will be instrumental in ensuring robust financial control, risk management and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will benefit from exposure to senior stakeholders, major subcontract packages and a commercially stimulating environment that will accelerate both professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities Managing subcontract procurement from tender through to final account.
Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecasting.
Identifying and mitigating commercial risks and opportunities.
Producing accurate cost reports and supporting project financial reviews.
Negotiating subcontract accounts and maintaining strong supply chain relationships.
Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
About You Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Previous experience working within a main contractor environment. Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
Proven ability to manage subcontractor accounts and project reporting.
