An exciting opportunity has arisen for a housing professional to join a leading housing association based in Edinburgh.
We are seeking an Investment & Planning Officer to join us on a 2-month fixed-term contract.
You'll support the delivery of our asset investment and business planning activities, helping to analyse data, develop plans, and ensure investment programmes align with strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities:- Support asset investment and stock condition programmes
- Assist with business planning and financial modelling
- Analyse performance and investment data
- Work collaboratively with finance, asset management, and development teams
