Were seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join its supportive and forward-thinking HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys tackling challenging people issues, influencing senior stakeholders and developing management capability across the organisation. The OpportunityReporting to the Head of HR, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the organisation. You'll provide expert employment law advice, lead on complex employee relations cases, support organisational change initiatives and help shape the future development of HR services. You'll also oversee and support HR Advisors and HR Administrators, helping to build capability and ensure excellent service delivery. Manage risk through pragmatic, commercially focused HR solutions. Responsibility for key HR Projects within the HR strategyGeneralist HR SupportDeliver advice and guidance across the full employee life cycle. Contribute to strategic HR projects and people-focused improvements. Review and develop HR Policies and process in accordance with changing employment lawLead and promote wellbeing initiativesTraining – Design and deliver engaging training programmes for managers with a focus on HR, Employment Law, Manager Capability, Change Management, HR best practice, Performance Management, Absence, Support managers to confidently handle people matters. Leadership & Team DevelopmentCoach, mentor and support a team of HR Advisors and HR Administrators. Promote high standards of service delivery and professional development.
